How Design Orcha Work

Design Orchas’s design subscription plans start at $400 per month for the Light plan, $1,000 per month for the Standard plan, and $1,500 per month for the Pro plan. The Pro plan uniquely allows up to 3 design projects concurrently and includes Webflow development. Our Light plan ($400/month) provides everything you need for daily design tasks, including logos, branding, marketing graphics, illustrations, animated graphics, and video design. However, it supports only one active design request at a time. The Standard plan ($1,000/month) offers similar services but allows two simultaneous design requests, effectively doubling output potential. Services include logos, branding, marketing materials, illustrations, animations, and video. The Pro plan ($1,500/month) comprises all Light and Standard plan services. Additionally, it includes on-demand website and landing page design with Figma plus Webflow development. With support for three concurrent requests, it triples potential daily output. Framer, Shopify and Wix development services are coming soon.

You can begin right away – even today. After subscribing, you’ll instantly receive an invitation to complete a brief onboarding form. This allows us to personalize your access to the Design Orcha – our streamlined project management dashboard. Through the App, you can start submitting design requests, invite collaborators, manage billing, and more. We’ll also send a Slack invite so you can join our channel for real-time updates and communication with the team. The quick and simple onboarding process takes 10-20 minutes. Then your account will be active and ready to start requesting designs from our talented team!

We offer flexible billing cycles:
Monthly plans: You are billed each month on the same calendar date as your initial signup date.
Quarterly plans: You are billed every 3 months based on your initial signup date.
Yearly plans: You are billed once per year based on your initial signup date. Yearly plans are available upon request.

All plans auto-renew on their selected billing cycles until you decide to cancel. You can switch, pause or cancel your plan at any time to avoid future charges.

Our primary billing currency is USD. However, we accommodate our payment options to support the following currencies:

AUD (Australian dollar)
CAD (Canadian Dollar)

It depends. Pausing keeps your account active but halts projects and billing during quiet times when budgets get confirmed.

If you will use the service again in 1-3 months, pausing is better than canceling. When paused, no new work is started but you keep access to finished tasks. Our Slack also remains available to contact us.

Only cancel if you are certain services are no longer needed. Canceling ends your subscription at the next billing date. Your project data gets removed 6 months after cancellation. So you need to be sure you have a copy of all of your data before canceling or downloading it within 6 months. Otherwise, the work will be lost forever.

Also there will be no changes or modifications allowed when you cancel your subscription beyond buying individual projects:

$499 per website project
Of course you can re-subscribe anytime, but you will lose your previous rate. So if previously the service was $1295 and now it is $2295, you will have to pay the higher current price.

If you have no upcoming design needs, you can pause your subscription. Sometimes, you only use the services for a month or two.

Importantly – pausing applies only to future renewals, not your current active subscription. Whether you use the services for just a few or unlimited projects, already paid periods cannot be paused. Only upcoming renewals are eligible.

Pausing stops charges for those upcoming cycles while locking in your pricing, protecting your rate if prices increase during that time. You can pause for up to 3 months and restart when needing services again.

To pause, login to your billing account and, under “Subscription Management,” select to pause your subscription for 1-3 future monthly periods. Full access remains during active subscriptions already paid for.

When your subscription ends, all open tasks and projects will be closed, including any that are still in progress. No additional modifications can be made after cancellation.

Additionally, your access to our Slack-connected channel, where you can chat with design and project managers, will be removed. And you will only have access to tasks delivered prior to cancellation – the work product for any requests left unfinished when canceling cannot be provided without purchase.

That’s why we recommend wrapping up any priority tasks before your renewal date. We send notifications 3 days prior to give time to decide on continuing or concluding existing work.

If there are still tasks unfinished when canceling that you need completed, they can be purchased individually at these rates:

$499 per website design task
Payment via invoice only

Our goal is providing ample heads up to either renew seamlessly or finish critical work before concluding your subscription.

Design subscriptions or subscription-based design services like Reel Unlimited offer a convenient and affordable way to outsource your design needs. For a fixed monthly fee or retainer, you can access all the design services provided, including graphic design, video design, website design, and UI/UX design.

With a design subscription, you can submit as many design requests as you need during the month. Reel Unlimited will handle them all, typically working on 2-3 projects at a time or unlimited projects at a time, depending on your plan.

By subscribing to a design service like Reel Unlimited, you can overcome design bottlenecks and free up time to focus on other aspects of your business.

Yes, unlike many design agencies, we want you to be fully satisfied with our services. If the design falls short even after a revision, or if you’re dissatisfied with our overall service, contact us within 7 days of signing up. We will refund your initial monthly payment minus a $30 processing fee.

Note that subscription renewals are non-refundable. However, we send email notifications 3 days before each monthly renewal payment. That way, if you wish to pause or cancel, you can do so easily before the next charge. Our goal is for clients to only pay for services they need and want.

Yes, once you sign up, you can submit as many design requests as you need. Your requests will be added to your design queue. We will fulfill them by working on 1-3 design tasks at a time, depending on your subscription plan.

With our Light plan, we handle one (1) design task at a time. The Standard plan allows us to work on two (2) tasks simultaneously. And the Pro plan enables three (3) concurrent design tasks. If you’re on a Custom plan, we can discuss activating more simultaneous design tasks to match your workload.

While you can make unlimited requests, we manage actively working on them to ensure quality. But submitting additional requests won’t incur any extra fees or restrictions – we’ll queue them up and complete them as fast as possible!

For project-related discussions, we have a friend dashboard where you can brief us on the work that needs to be done and track the progress. For general support and inquiries, our friendly customer service team is available via live chat and email from Monday to Friday.

Our turnaround averages 24-48 hours per design – we aim for quick delivery on all projects. You can have 1-3 active projects simultaneously, depending on your subscription plan.
